Health Care Bill

Children medical care becomes a very popular and critical concerns in our community, each parents have no doubts to pay much attention on the children medical care. And nowdays per statistical data from the net, approximately 20 percentage school-aged children suffer from a chronic disease including cancer, diabetes, asthma, and heart disease etc. Thus drafting a Children Medical Care Bill that suits the citizen stare us in the face.

It should not be a big problem for the rich family to take care of the medical care for their kids but the poorest one. One important commitment of the Federal government is to help America`s poorest children get access to health care. Most of these children are covered by Medicaid, which will spend more than $40 billion to help them. For children who do not qualify for Medicaid, but whose families are struggling, we have the State Children`s Health Insurance Program, or SCHIP. US Administration has added more than 2 million children to SCHIP since 2001 and 20 percentage of increase in the past serveral years, which is quite a good turning point for carrying out the Children`s Health Insurance Program.

Obama has even said in the Public, ` In a decent society, there are certain obligations that are not subject to tradn-offs or negotiations--health care for our children is one of those obligation.` It is abosolutly correct that kids should be put in priority while considering the health Care Bill, and it can not be denied that Republicans and Democrats have strengthen SCHIP, ensure that it reaches the children who need it, and find ways to help more American families get the private health coverage they need.

Men are created equal, everyone knew this sentence. By extending to medical care, every child in the country deserves access to quality health care that nobody can deprive of it, which demand the adminstation to issue a qualified bill that suits every child, putting the children in priority. They should take an importand step in protecting chronically ill children at the risk of having other taxes adding in other aspects.

Apart from importance, improving the quality of health care is a national priority.We did not only care for whether we did, but also for how we did and what is the result.

From the internet, it is no doubt that all variety of quality improvement are being applied and all kinds of assessment are being accessed to initiate the quality process. Also a lot of act or bill are being aimed at helping the nine million American children who are uninsured obtain the insurance they need to ensure prompt treatment for their chronic conditions.

The current legistation goes a long way by reaching children who otherwise would have difficulties in the horrilbe disease, to provide the basic aid to the children who really need help. With the Children`s Health Care Bill ading, it would potentially help millions of children who are at risk for becoming uninsured if their parents lose their job and health insurance in this economic crisis.

In overall, hope that Adminstration should pay more attention on the kids medical care, particularly for those who can not pay for it and and efficient the quality of the health care. And surely the Children`s Health Care system can be developped better and better.
